Overview and Definitions
For the purposes of this agreement, No Ordinary Encounter, LLC shall be referred to as the "Company." The individual or business purchasing artwork from the Company shall be referred to as the "Customer." The Company's website (https://www.noordinaryencounter.com) shall be referred to as the "Website."
This agreement outlines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both the Company and the Customer related to the use and purchase of products from the Company's Website.
Shipping and Insurance Policy
The price listed on the Company's website for a One-of-a-Kind Original Painting is the price of the painting only. The price does not include shipping or insurance costs, which the Company will bill to the Customer separately after the Customer completes a purchase of a painting through the website. The Customer may choose to submit an inquiry to the Company about shipping and insurance costs prior to making a purchase or afterward. Both approaches are described in more detail below.
All paintings will be shipped from Newark, New Jersey, USA unless indicated otherwise in the painting description provided in the No Ordinary Encounter Catalog.
Determining shipping and insurance costs:

Pre-purchase: The Customer may request a shipping and insurance quote through the Company's Contact page.

Post-purchase: At the time of making a purchase on the Company's website, the Customer will provide the necessary information for the Company to generate a shipping and insurance quote. The Company will provide a quote to the Customer within 1-3 business days of the painting being purchased. The Company will obtain the Customer's written approval before proceeding with scheduling shipment and securing insurance. Upon receiving the Customer's approval, the Company will initiate the shipment process within 1 business day. All of the Customer's written communications must be authored by the email address on file as the Customer's account email address for the Company's Website.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for purchases made on the Website under any circumstance. All purchases are to be made with the understanding that the Company will bill the Customer for shipping and insurance costs separately after the painting has been purchased. In the case of damage or loss of a painting in transit to the buyer, shipping insurance obtained will apply.
