One Art Space, New York City

This joint-exhibition by Mckenzie Tate Earley and James Oliver Jones Jr. in TriBeCa, New York City, invited viewers into a profound exploration of how two distinct yet vibrantly complementary abstract lenses converge to illuminate the vast potential of the human experience and the boundless landscapes of imagination.
The exhibition included an Artist Talk moderated by influential voices: Al Diaz, a prolific street and text artist best known for his collaboration with Jean-Michel Basquiat on SAMO; as well as Emma Riva, an award-winning arts and culture writer for publications like Artforum and The Art Newspaper, and Founder of Petrichor, a NYC art scene web magazine.
Bargone Castle, Salsomaggiore, Italy

No Ordinary Encounter was invited to celebrate the 80th birthday of James Oliver Jones Jr. and his artistry at the historic Bargone Castle. There, both James and Mckenzie Tate Earley prepared and exhibited paintings that were inspired by their trip to Italy. It was a truly joyous and spectacular experience, graced by a beautiful performance by Italian singer Edoardo Agnelli, all thanks to Giuliano and Christine Amabile.
